Help me find a 3.5 diesel engine

Please help, I can't find a engine for my 95 S350D. Rebuilt or a good replacement. The engine rebuilders don't have any, and MB wants $12,000 for a new one. Can somebody out there direct me to a source. Thank you, tplazer

Try to look for Motorenhaus Schweikart.His name is Karl Schweikart,located in Dallas,TX.Unfortunately I lost his phone#.You might find him on e-bay.
