I'm finding a lot of gaskets and seals as results. Can you tell us what the specific part is supposed to be? There may be a new part number or something.

Sure thing.
Its one of the seal rings on a dual tandem VICKERS power steering pump.
Its number 38 in the image attached below.
The one available at Pelican does not fit.
