Help! H&R front springs can't install, Rear finished.....

To any qualified mechanic,

My friends were able to install the rear springs on my 2003 C230K Sedan. But we were not able to install the front springs, are there any special tools needed for the front? I am located in San Jose, CA and SpeedMerchant wasnt able to install them. I just don't get....Any sugestions....
