I'm doing the ac right now, my compressor is not kicking in ( i guess no freon since iwas vaccum out last time) how much longer do i have have the freon hookedon before it kicks in ? can i manually start it so it can suck the freon in ? i can feel freon going through the hose... thanks!

Check that the connector near the dryer is plugged in. That's where the system senses that there is pressure present. Should only take a cpl of minutes from empty to register pressure and engage the clutch.

could be a bad switch..did you replace the high/low and temp switched before you tackled this job?

Nope, any more info on this Jonathan ? I changed the blower, because my other one wasent blowing air--and that didtnt solve the issue. Fuse 10 keeps blowing and i dont know what it is! Its making me go crazy...
