I'm hoping you can follow that link but it's a recent diagnostic of my 2005 merc c class and I'm afraid it's fucked but I have no idea, there are 24 faults most of which are CAN communication I think

Anyone with any advice on any of the codes, fixes or how messed up it is, is greatly appreciated

Thank you

Welcome to the forum @Damian18 - please take a moment to read the information on the links below. It explains how to use the forums and update your user profile so that your car's details and your location appear on each post below your avatar. This is good information for others to know when trying to help. It also has good information about how the forums are organized and how to use the search feature:

Find your Forum Section, Navigate & Search

Complete your profile.

Some of those could be due to low voltage. I'd recommend clearing them, drive a bit, and then re-scan.

Only code that is of any importance is the one in transmission. Speed sensor failure, that will be the cause of limp mode.

Replace the conductor plate, I think you're on 5 speed AT, so it's cheap to do.

Then clear all codes and report back.
