Is the inside rearview mirror powered? I noticed on the mirror dial at the 12 o'clock position that it looks like a picture of the rearview mirror. How does this work?

Mirror switch

Open ash tray, remove receptacle, loosen screw on ash tray cover & remove. Look down into area where cover was, locate two screws at front lip of panel, remove screws, gently pry up trim ring around shifter, lift up panel.
Yes the rear view mirror has a memory position tied into the seat, and outside mirror position.
