No clue, but I have a similar story to that. When I picked up my used 2001 C320 Sport Sedan from the dealership, I was driving it home and the ESP Visit Workshop warning came on. I turned that thing right around and they fixed it for me at no cost.

Problem was with the sensors or something like that, but the invoice on the repairs was around $850, which is probably not what you wanna hear.

Sounds bad, like a big repair bill. This is what cars do for revenge when you try and sell them. If you are mechanically inclined you can check the ABS sensor and see if it's bad/broken/knocked out of wack. It's over behind the wheel somewhere, look for a wire going to the hub but not the brake sensor wire.

Checking the manual book With the ABS malfunctioning, the BAS and ESP are also switched off. Both malfunction indicatior lamps come on with the engine running.

If the charging voltage falls below 10 Volts, the malfunction indicator lamp comes on and the ABS is switched off. When the voltage is above this value again, the malfunction indicaor lamp should go out and the ABS is operational. So whats really goin on I have a brand new Battery replace few months ago should i unplug the battery?? Or you guys think its the Sensors still I really don't want to spend $$..

I have an 02 C320. Had the same messages very infrequently, thought it was just a flike. Took it into the dealer several times for the cruise control kicking out. My last trip there I got the "Primo" tech who knew about a service bulletin that out lined a problem with some connectors. Service upgrade done. No problem since. Is your cruise working OK?
