Hi there - hoping you guys could give some advice, we're looking at buying an A-Class, we're tossing up between a 2008 A170 Elegance with under 20,000km or a 2005 A200 Elegance with 105,000km, the latter is about 35% cheaper and has things like dual climate control, leather seats, panoramic sunroof etc and is probably our preference but the large amount of kms worries me. Wondering whether we should pay the extra and get the lower down model with less kms or if the A200 is a pretty good/reliable car that even with the kms should be ok.

I'm told it has been regularly serviced by mercedes it's whole life.

Thanks in advance for your expertise!

Would personally go for the 2008 A170 which should be post facelift.

If you do look at older cars check the bottom of the door seams and tailgate for rust.
