For the past two weeks in the morning when i start up the car it is very low on power. i restart it a few times and after it has warmed up it seems fine. if i start it up and let it idle for 10-15 min , it seems to run fine. Any thoughts?

the diesel fuel as a oil is thicker when cold and thinner when heated.

I would guess your main spin-on filter is getting clogged limiting fuel flow. Once some warmed up fuel gets to the filter then the thinner warm fuel can flow thru smaller pores in the filter.
