When I start the car and get it warmed up, I turn the blower on for some heat. It won't turn on but I can hear like the circulation going thru the heater. Then I leave it on and all by itself it turns on. Any ideas?

Check the strip fuse to see if it's cracked/corroded.. It's located (facing the front) to the left and slightly in front of the normal fuse box, and it's in it's own little black box. Mine (and many others on the forum) had corroded and burned out. I cut the wires back to get past the garbage and installed a 30A fast acting circuit breaker. No problems since.

On "auto" the blower will not blow till the coolant is over 40 degrees Celsius.
