I need to rebuild (or replace) my heat control valve - picture included.

I've removed it and it cleans up nicely on the outside. Does anyone know the sizes of O rings to use to rebuild it? I can go to my local plumbing store and spend some time there looking through all of them but thought if anyone had the sizes handy it would same me some time.

Thanks Frank

I do not see these available new - I see them used on eBay but the issue there is those will be about as old as this one.

I also don't see a kit anywhere on the web but (hopefully) these will turn out to be standard sizes and easy to replace.

Take a look at the third part on this page:
...
It's the same part, but off a W123. Looks to me like it should work.
Yea - the three hoses on ming all face front - on this one two face down - that might not be a problem. I've got my old one apart and looks good if I can just get the right size new O rings. Mine is metal and was simple to take apart so I'm going to try that route. This is a good backup plan.

Thanks,

Frank

Now I did go to the plumbing store and got some O rings that seem to fit for $2 and change. Then I saw this O Ring replacement kit from mercedessource.com for $24. So I'll try the home fix first and if it still leaks I'll try the mercedessource.com solution.
