hello guys,
this is for my friends car . its a 2001 C320 w203. the problem he is having with his car that when he turns on the heat there is a lot of air flow from the blower but something is keeping the flaps closed and not letting the air flow through the side vents and defrost. any one can help in here and point us in the right direction on what to do. is there a way on how to program the flaps manually in the eatc display as well?? or get any codes out of it. thanks for all inputs.

Try this ==> Press and hold the "Front Defrost" and "Recirc" buttons together, and release only when the lights on both buttons start to flash back and forth between them. This procedure starts a system self-diagnosis of all components, sensors, etc., and then resets all the settings to the appropriate normals. The test runs for about 15-20 seconds, then the lights stop flashing as all returns to normal.
