Has anyone ever taking on repairing your headrest. Mines has stopped going up and down on the drivers side. What is the procedure to getting it to work again. Any advise will be greatly appreciated!!!

Never done it before but I have heard that the mechanism picks-up a lot of dust and that it is possible to clean. The driver seat in my car is getting very sluggish, so I'll have to follow my own advise very soon.
