Will any 7" headlight fit in the stock buckets? I realize I will have to change up wiring for h4s....but are the housings the same dimensions?

Also what size are the fog light bulbs? And how do I turn them on?

Any 7" round h4 conversation sealed beam replacement kit will work and you don't have to change the wiring....they are plug n play

The euro fog light has a H3 bulb, and you turn it on by switchting to parklight then pull the knob one step out.

He H4 retrofits are a very nice improvement to the lighting. Plug and play.

The US version will only come on when the headlights are on and you still pull the headlight switch out one click

Is new glass available for the fog lights?

Also looking for new headlight surrounds I may just end up buying a parts car

Go with a parts car. All the fiddly bits will end up costing you far more than the junker, and you can trade and swap your parts car bits for things you really need. Keep an eye on common parts between the R107 and the 115. Sell those on for profit if you do not need them.
