What headlight bulbs comes standard on the 2002 ML320? I am considering upgrading to the Sylvania Silverstar and wondered what results to expect. Should I replace both low and high beam bulbs?
Many thanks,

The ML's bulbs are usually 55 watt H7 Phillips. The SilverStars will give you a slightly whiter beam, but probably not too much additional output.

It is up to you whether you wish to replace the high beam bulbs as well. Perhaps try the low beams first. Note that both high and low beams for the '02+ MLs use H7 bulbs.

I bought silverstars for use in my CR-V when I worked overseas in 2003 and thought they were excellent. The beam was not only whiter but went out a bit further ~10-15%. To get a bit more reach, its better to raise the lamp slightly (not enough to blind incoming drivers though).
