I have normal headlights and plow lights on my truck. There is a switch that allows you to choose one or the other.

Has anyone set up another switch that would allow both on when off road or what not? How did you wire it?

I'd use a second relay with the trigger being a switch and then run a set of cable to both the headlights and the plough lights with a diode on both cables so that the current can only flow one way and not bypass any other wiring?

Could you re-wire ( change out ) the either / or switch, so the plow lights
Are isolated from the headlamp circuit entirely, and could
Be independantly switched on, like any other auxiliary
Lights ? You'd need a three position toggle for them, to
Preserve the low beam / high beam function, which is a
Nice feature .
