I pulled the key out of the car and locked the door.

I replaced the battery with a new one, but now it's discharged.

I sent the car to the repair shop, scanned it, and it says everything's fine.

I just can't figure out what's wrong.

Please let me know if anyone has experienced this or knows where to repair it.

Be careful of the virus and always be healthy. Thank you.

I notice the same problem with light malfunctions as well. When I shut down the engine one of my parking lamps is illuminating even though I never switch it on. After playing with lights ( switch on and off a few times) it went off eventually. Anyway, it was not bothering me much until one day I got my battery drained off completely, even though I normally check around the car if those parking lights are on. Later, I found out that my brake light on the right side stay on as well till that point that I could not even fix it, but remove the battery negative clamp. This is so frustrating, I probably jump-started my car 5 times this month. Going to the mechanic tomorrow will see what they will say. BTW I notice the same parking light illumination few times at the parking at my work and at the gym parking, other owners experience the same issues with the Mercedes C type. Let me know if you found a solution. Thanks

Do you try to turn your lights to the off position?
These cars do not have a off, they have Auto lights, just leave the light switch set to "Auto" and you will be fine, If you try to turn the light switch back to where you think off is, it is actually Park light mode and will drain your battery.

If you look at the switch there is no OFF, just park light (one side) then park lights (both sides) Auto (lights will come on automatically) and headlights on (when you want them on)
