Looks like a very recent pic (has no 'Mercedes Benz' on the wheel cover, so at least since 2005)

At a Dealership or an Auto Show??? ... any more info

or could just be a badge-engineered 55 or even 320, this kind of thing happens there a lot, the dealer will even offer you a 545i badge if you're going to buy a 525!
i'll keep an eye out next time i'm over
