Can you give me an idea of the dimensions when fully folded? I have found one, but of course I'll need to have it shipped and need this information to get an accurate quote...

There are several makes and models of HT Cart, some are telescopic, others are not. Some can be completely taken apart and packed into a long (but not too large) box.
Best would be to get it from the manufacturer.

Sorry I was unclear about my request; I am referring to the Mercedes-branded hardtop shuttle like this:

That's a unique piece. I'd never seen one before I saw that listing. I doubt you are going to get the info here. The seller seemed legit but wouldn't go low enough for me. Very cool novelty piece that I assumed was for dealerships, but the seller said it was for individual owners. The nice part is that it's a hoist for which you don't have to get your car perfectly parked, or even need a garage!
