P.S. I don’t blame you for wanting to quit being a moderator. Thanks for your service as one, and through the frustrating time of the platform transition.

Whoa. You are too stubborn not to bounce back.

Shit, that is bad news Jim. Sincerely hope you do completely recover, although it is often a long path. Whether you do hang up the mod boots or not, at least pop in and let us know how things are, we genuinely are interested in how your recovery goes. Thank you for all your help as a mod and all things 107. Do what's best for yourself and those around you 🧡

Gosh Jim - That is sad news. I hope it was not too serious and recovery will be quick.

By the way, a year ago, I had several melanomas on temple removed by surgery. As a result, I have been getting regular MRIs and Catscans at cancer clinic. About 2 weeks ago, I had a routine MRI - Oncologist called me that night! No cancer, but MRI showed sign of a Stroke! Next day, I was at Stroke clinic! Another series of tests. No feedback yet. However, I had no stroke symptoms despite what MRI showed.

Old age is not fun.

Good Luck!

Best thoughts, prayers and wishes for a speedy recovery !!! I don't think you know how much valuable information you have provided thru the years to everyone. Heal, recover and we will see you when you get back. You can still keep us updated. You know throw in a Howdy from Rowdie once in a while. Feel better soon. Nick
