I know that some of you have lowered using Brabus springs, and I wanted to find out what amount it actually lowered the car? I can't really find the numbers published somewhere, and somebody over at MBWorld.org has told me that it's anywhere between a 30 mm - 35 mm ( ~ 1.18 in - 1.37 in) drop at the front and rear.

Now H&R's website has published that their springs (which are cheaper than the Brabus ones), lower 1.9 inches (front) and 1.5 inches (rear).

Anybody confirm the Brabus numbers for me? If that's true, then why not go for the H&R Kit? It's lower and cheaper!?

The Brabus Springs are $525 and the H&R are $439.

Or has anyone tried the air suspension module to lower their ML?

that would only work with cars that have air suspension (standard on your 63 or any 350/320CDI/500 car that has P3 that comes with Airmatic).

I was talking about all the others that have standard steel springs.

yea some people said that the brabus's is lower but some said H&R's lower. And according to H&R website, it lowers front 2" and rear 1.5". but I have found some post about that says the other way round.... its very confusing!

And by the..does anyone know which brand is the lowers in the market?

You can see the lowering on my pic and I think a while back after I got the work first done I psoted some pics, I also remember that someone else posted pics with a ruler showing the new space gaps. There is another ML where I work and I can notice a big difference between mine and theirs

Yea went through a few posts and found some really cool pics. especially the silver ML350 with that perfect low drop. but he's got his cut and heated, right? Would you recommend people to do that?Would that damage your shocks? I've got an ML350 with the eibach pro-kit spring but still not satisfy with the drop. thinking of H&R now, have they got huge difference with the eibach?

You mentioned you've got the brabus kit, does that include the damper? how much they actually drop the car?:)
