Cutting springs is a job for a race-shop pro. Usually you start by cutting off a portion of a loop, then cut a little more, then a little more, etc. (My) H&R's are progressive so you'd have to figure in the loss of progressivity too.<br> Personally, I wouldn't do it. Springs are very carefully engineered to perform across a range of loading on a specific car. You would most likely ruin the springs the second you clipped them. If you want a lower drop buy another manufacturer's springs which are also progressive, but that also add a lower drop.<br> Just my opinion....
