Have a 2007 CLS 550 w/ standard 18" staggered chrome wheels w/ Michelins. In the market for 20" wheels and need advise from those of you who have been there, done that. My criteria is: I like the deep dish look like the Savinis or comparable w/ big lip, thinking 9" fronts w/ 10-11" wide rears, don't want to sacrifice too much on the ride but know I'll lose some comfort, know I'm looking at $3,000 - $6,000 for a quality wheel & tire package, and want to make sure the pressure sensors still work, and don't want any spacers or funky installation. Probably be looking at a lowering package as well later on to make the car look right. I really appreciate if you folks have any advise to share.

10"-11" wide wheels are not going to fit on the back because your car does not have wide wells like the CLS55. regarding wheels anything from 360 forged or ADV.1 would look great on your car.

Saw your car on posts, very very nice. Thought 10"s would fit because it shows up OK on fitment guide some brands???? But thanks for heads up....didn"t know AMG actually had wider wells. How much did your lowering package cost if you don't mind my asking.

10" wide rears *just fits* the CLS55 AMG

I went with the Carlsson C-tronic ELM, its all plug n play (no splicing wires) installs in about 5 minutes. I love mine!!!

I have 20 x 10 inch wide wheels on the rear of my car with no spacers. (and 20 x 9 inch fronts) My wheels are made by Roderick Wheels and the model is the Ruleta RW-1 with black lips.

I have Falken FK452 tires. Obviously, the ride is not a smooth with the lower profile tires. I would say that when in comfort mode it is similar to the ride I had in sport mode with the stock AMG wheel setup.
