I need an ignition distributor for a 1980 280sl engine M110.986.

Also, I would like to know if a US distributor from a 110.984 or a 110.985 is compatible.

Thanks, mine seized; consequently, it was damaged during extraction.

I found a couple of used grey market ones selling for approximately 400 euros, with the exception of one, which is selling for 100 euros.

I would like to know if there are kits available and who sells them. Also if you know of someone who professional rebuilds ignition distributors, please advise. The guy from the link below seems to do a pretty good job. I am about to check and see if he can help me out.
