Hi,
I have a 99 Green ML320 with tan interior. My friends were playing around in my car and now I have grease marks all over my pristine tan interior roof. I have not touched it yet, because I am worried about making it worse. Can anyone help me out?

Gently apply mineral spirts with a clean rag until grease is removed. This will only work on oil based stains. Good luck

NO NO NO!!!!!!!!! Do NOT use mineral spirits!!!!!!

Use Simple Green and several soft cloths and blot it out gently. It may take several rounds of this but it will come out. Also do NOT use a brush or rub too much as you will nap the cloth.

What is the material of your headliner? Fabric or vinyl?

If it is fabric do not get it wet or you will loosen the adhesives and it will sag. You are best off taking it to a professional, check their referrals.

If vinyl you should be able to use something like Simple Green.
