I dont want to have the dealer blood drill holes in the front of my 430!!!!! Has anyone else had this problem?<br> <br> Are there nicer 3rd party front plate holders, or perhaps a temporary one that will suffice to have this 'fix it' ticket waived off....? <br> <br> Thanks for your help

Cut the screw heads off, glue them to the mounting piece, then use automotive 2 way tape for the holder. Have a cop sign off on your ticket then pull it off. I recommended this to a friend of mine and he said it worked perfectly.

I brought it to inspection w/o screwing it in..well the sheriff didnt like that. I had to screw it in from the bottom but did not drill holes on any viewable part of the bumper. Took if off after inspection.<br> <br> Luck of the draw...chances are you won't get a cop that actually knows what he's looking at nor really cares (no offense)
