It sounds as though the AC compressor on my '86 300E is done. I have no plans to replace it, but would like to remove it or at least bypass the belt. Does anyone know or have the part number of a belt that would fit without the compressor pulley being in play. I thought somewhere in the world this car came without climate control and no compressor would be the norm.

Sorry - Wrong forum. That would be a W124, would it not?
