Is there anyone that sells Euro parts to make our cars back to the way they should be?
I've seen headlights on eBay but that's it.

Ebay is pretty much the only way, unless you happen to know someone who is parting out a Grey-Market car.

I'm rebuilding a 280 gasser coupe to European specs. So far it has involved camshafts, intake manifold, pistons, exhaust system and fuel pump. I haven't figured out anything else that is different with the Euro engine, but that isn't to say I have got everything nailed.
Junkyards in Britain and Australia have nothing but Euro versions, if your travels ever take you that way.

headlamps, turn indicators, taillamps and bumpers will round out the 'euro' look. I'd say you'd be looking at $1000 in parts to do it, maybe more depending upon the quality you're looking for. Your best bet would be to find a euro parts car.

Whats different about the front turn signals?
lights
The euro signals are much darker orange, as opposed to amber...and also they have no reflectors on the side

some euro models came with interiors not available in the US, as well as options not available in the US (or lack thereof) for example my wagon has manual HVAC, manual windows, and cloth seats.
...however, european market cars *could* be had with the options that were delivered in the US. I don't believe there were any "US only" options other than perhaps emissions equipment.

I want to get a headlinght wiper system for my 240D =). Eventually. first i need a driver side turn signal =(
