You should be able to get some at Autozone, but if you're also looking for maintenance items like oil filters, I would suggest buying a bundle of items (like 3 oil filters, and a set of glow plugs) so that way you can have them all at once.

www.germanstar.net
www.performanceproducts.com
www.autohausaz.com
www.mercedessource.com

All these sites have the glow plugs, but Mercedes Source sells them in sets of 5. Just watch out for their prices.

How is the rain with your car--no flooding? Magically, mine stopped leaking in the back, and the front passenger floorboard is a *little* wet (just very slightly)... another testament to the self healing properties of this car. My fuel gauge stopped flickering too! [:D]

Its great in the rain. So should I just replace all 5 glow plugs just to do it? its almost at 150k miles now.
If you don't know when it's been done last, maybe this is the time. BUT... check everything first. Maybe the relay or fuse is at fault. Easy to check. Left fender, inside engine bay, slanted rectangular box. Remove cap, and you'll see a strip of metal with two (+) screws. See if it's intact and held on tightly. If it is, then go for the GP's.

K im kind of a noob with cars but I know some stuff. Are the glow plugs the ones on top of the engine or the ones laying on their sides? Is their anything I should watch out for or also replace while doing this?
In between the injection pump and the engine block are five wires going into the block. Those are the glow plug wires. The ones on top of the engine are vacuum lines. If you're talking about the large metal cylinders with metal lines from the injection pump, those are the fuel injectors. The glow plug wires are below those, to the left of the engine (closer to you, if you're looking at them from the driverside fender).

No idea on what to watch out for, haven't done this yet. Sorry.

This should help:
