Hello and greetings from Romania, Bucharest. I'm new and i hope that i'll find many new things here. Firstly, sorry for my bad english.

Secondly, this year i want to change my car; i've took other models in consideration until i saw the GLK parked near my car. Sincerly, i didn't like it when i first saw it, but in reality, it is a big difference. So, i configured one on the site from our country and then on the site froms US; there are aprox 20.000euros difference, the us model it is a lot cheaper for me than the EU .

But i have some questions:

1. I suppose that the car software can be changed (miles->km, gallons->liters, etc.)
2. It's is a stupid thing, but can i change the mph gauges with kmh gauges? (i didn't talked with the dealer until now)
3. The V6 petrol engine it is Euro5 or Euro4?
4. There are other things that are different in the US model from the EU one or other things that i have to consider when buying a US car?
5. I couldn't find the Offroad Pack on the US site. Can be equipped together with the AMG pack?
6. Doesen't interesting me too much, but the warranty it is available in EU?

Thanks in advance!

Mike

If you want to save yourself from changing all the gauges, try getting a Canadian GLK. And from what I remember the cars here emission wise are a little more "clean" so I'm not sure how that would work out because motors here aren't rated by the Euro system

I didn't know that from Canada i can buy the european model, even if a little expensive (with ~3000e, not a big thing...). Thank you very much for you reply, i will send them a mail.
