Hello,
Does anyone know where/how to get in US just a bearing kit (differential)
for GL450 2007.
I was told it will cost me $5k to replace the whole differential, but overheard
that someone gets the bearings only from Europe and resells them in US;
I was unable to find such a place.
Any info would be greatly appreciated!
Thankls!

Just checked that site for you and they don't offer it. Maybe your best bet is to check daily on eBay to see if you find a used differential and just have the dealership install it for you. Or try calling some junkyards.

Timken Bearing Part Numbers:

This was the post for my 2007 ML. Your GL may vary?

"The front differential bearings are made by Timken, and the part numbers are: HM88510 and HM88542. (Inner and Outer sections)

For fluids, used the Mobil1 LS gear lube, 75W-90.
Hope this helps."
