My Kid put in a gallon of regular gasoline into a full tank of diesel ( I think it had 18 Gal ) in there. Indicator is at full.
Will it cause any issues?

Are you certain it was just one gallon? Youth do not always tell the truth in difficult situations. Prudence would have you drain the tank and refill with straight diesel fuel.

yeah im sure.
I told him to put the mower gas 1.5 gallon can in the E320. But he put the gallon in the E300TD.

So im sure the ratio is 18:1 gal.

Have you started and drove the car after that? If yes, is it running rough or you don't see any difference. If you can't feel the difference in driving then it should be fine fill her up again with diesel and you should be fine.

That might be Placebo effect as gasoline has less energy than diesel fuel.
But fact is that in the past -some gas was added by truckers to diesel to avoid winter gelling, before better stuff was put on the shelves.
