Fuel consumption
I have a 96 S500 LWB. In mixed town and country road driving I get 21 mpg - and thats with some spirited driving', I still get that on the motorway with some VERY spirited driving. I'd get more mpg if i didnt press on so much, but it didnt seem to really be that much better driving like a saint.
I guess if youre happy cruising get the S320, but I'm a lover of V8's and the MB sounds and handles better the faster you go.
