Engine oil: 9.5L MB 229.3
Transmission: 8L ATF MB 236.14
Front Axle: 1.4L MB 235.0
Rear Axle: 1.8L MB MB 235.0
Transfer Case: 2.8L MB 235.11

You can check for approved fluid manufacturers on mb site: Mercedes-Benz Specifications for Operating Fluids: Engine Oil, Gear Oil, ATF, Coolant, Brakefluid

For AT you need the stick and certain ATF temperature to read the correct level, but if you feel confident you can always pour in the same amount you got out. Search the forum for DIY if you also want to empty the torque converter (2-2.5L of ATF) to make sure you get 100% clean ATF.
