The CDN minister of Defence announced that they will park most of the armoured G wagens in Afghanistan due to the number and large size of the LED's being used by the Taliban. All combat patrols will be transported in the LAV111's or the south African built Nyala 4X4 which have a V shaped armoured bottom to better deflect the blast of the mines buried under the roads.
The taliban and Al Quaeda have been grouping in large numbers and clashing with CDN and Nato troops in the south as we are securing these areas.

While we do not want to see G's grounded, it is a valid decision by your defense ministry.

The South African Nyala design (blast deflector built into the design of the cab) is VERY EFFICIENT and will save lives. The energy of the blash is directed away from the cab and your nation's soldiers will be well protected.

I saw the CDN army G at at the antique air show in Toronto last week . Many of the parts are interchangeable with our 1986 280GE. This vehicle was not armoured but had a top turret that rotate quickly by using a wheel at the turret. The dash and steering wheel were modern but the controls were the same as the 86 GE. I liked the multibolt military wheels and tires
Neat machine
