G-Class,

I not only agree that the 460 300 GD is a good car. I think that it is a superb car, and yours is the living proof.

One thing: your profile says that you are located in Noway and there is Noway that that can be correct. It surely must be Norway but we have Noway of ensuring that unless you check it and amend it accordingly.

Happy trails,

As a fellow 300GD owner and also living in Noway, I totally agree [:)]

Actually, Norway is so full of climatic contradictions that Noway is probably more descibing [;)]

Heck, I've even seen that kind depth in California. Of course, it was at nearly 10,000ft of elevation.

Hello gclass, and welcome.

You're in the right place if you want to hear that G's are great. I'm a short-timer, my 280 GE has only been in the family for 19 years! [:)]

Hello, As the new owner of a wonderfully well cared for 87 300gd turbo, 5-speed I have to say that I could not be happier. Fits me like an old pair of comfy shoes. As the owner of a 406 Unimog with a schmidt snow cutter with piggyback engine pack, I have to say I wish we would see snow like those Labrador pictures here in Mt. I'm ready!!!! Spent some time in Gielo Norway, a truly amazing and beautiful country. Take care, Chris

We do get that amount of snow yes. Mainly on the mountain roads that connects the west and east (Geilo is just along one of them), but then again, there are quite a few Norwegians living along those roads. But where I live, along the east coast, we do sometimes have 2 meters...

Just to prove that one little blower realy did get it clear......By the way this was Labrodour Newfoundland 2 weeks ago
Typical Canada - a mini van. Guess the driver needs room for all his hockey equipment....

Did you ever have to do any manouvers in an outpost in the Canadian Arctic called Alert by any chance.... BRRRRRRR

It is the northern most outpost and is run by the Canadian Army with I think support from the Americans. But often has Brits and other Nato divisions up there.

I wish I could get to see so much of snow .

I haven't seen snow for two years and haven't seen it snowing for 4 years .

I'me afraid I'll loose my off road on snow abilities [xx(].
