The last 2 times I have fueled up, I would get home and the cabin would be filled with fumes! I can see that the pressure is so great in the tank that it leaks out the cap and if I release the cap, fuel GUSHES out and won't stop. What would cause this abnormal pressure?

Plugged vent line, or defective charcoal canister. Normally gasoline fume is vented to the charcoal canister.

Don't park it in enclosed area until it is fixed.
Push the car outside and wait for a while before you start it.
Take a look at this : Êàòàëîã

Do as RKH very well has said.
The problem is most likely is the number #8 it is a
check valve that works on pressure differential push/pull,
and #14 dumping fumes in the engine.

The charcoal canister is located in the left fender well.
Remove the left wheel, then the well you will find in there the canister to your left and the vacuum reservoir in the lower right.
Remove canister hose to see if it works up to that point.
If not go backwards, to #8 or clear fuel lines etc.

Regards.

If you can smell the fume while sitting in traffic but not when moving, that means it is coming from the front where the charcoal canister is. Also means there is no blockage in the vent lines from the gas tank to the charcoal canister. The things to check then will be for loose connections of the vent lines etc. Also should check for fuel leaks around other fuel related components in the engine compartment like pump/distributer/injectors too.
