Update:
Called my local dealer on this 260.00. But he said something very interesting, he said they do not waste their time reman these. Anything part number with the last 2 digits of 80 is listed as a reman, but he said he sees it all the time; bumpers wheels, fuel pumps they come in and are brand new.
Interesting, I was not aware of this.
Cheers.

Update requested:
There is a member asking for a replacement fuel pump for his ML55.
Apparently, a fuel pump for the ML55 is nowhere to be found in NA.
I went ahead and contacted my local MB shop and provided them part# A1634704094. This is for a ML55 (for sure 00 & 02s)

I asked if there is a compatible fuel pump for the ML55. The reply was "....this is the latest part # and presently not available in Germany. They did not say it was NLA..."

and in this post there is no definitive answer if any of the non-oem pumps were actually used in an ML55 as a replacement (although members with ML55s did respond here in this thread).

I'd like to know myself too as I have a couple of colleagues that own ML55s up here.

art_arev,
Can you confirm if these non-oem pumps are good to go for ML55s? (since you own/ owned them)

Cheers.

Cheers Wallyo,

Good to know info here. (y)
They all seem to be using the same part # (ML320s, ML55s).
