Hello All,
Can you please tell me where I can find the Fuel Pump Relay in a right hand drive 1988 SEC?
Is it the one numbered 002 545 33 05?
Your help will be much appreciated, as my car is refusing to start after almost two months of not being driven.
Many thanks
Buju

Open the hood, it's located in the fuse box to the right behind the firewall.

On my SEC, it's just inboard of the OVP relay. From the Brake booster towards the center, my SEC is: OVP, Fuel Pump Relay, KLIMA relays.

002 545 33 05 is the FPR (Kickdown). On my 1988 SEC, it's towards midline from the Klima relay. I know this because I just replaced mine an hour ago (see below).

Unrelated from your post but wanted to add for search purposes:

My car started but would die seconds after...car would remain running if key in tumbler was kept rotated past II position. Not sure if that is diagnostic but changing the FPR out cured it.

Many thanks for your replies. Would this be the relay (picture)?

All the best

Looks like it to me...didn't know the relay configuration was so different on the RHD cars. It helps to keep a spare FPR around for situations like this...make sure it's the 8 Zylinder one with correct RPM. Cheers!

The epc calls that part a relay, I would think it's the fuel pump relay.
