Also, where is it located in the 02' c230 coupe, and is it easy to replace?

Do you know if the filter is located in the same area on the coupe? Seems very easy to do yourself... You just release the pressure from the gas line, take the underbody plate off, and change it out. What's this about a $25 dollar filter though? My dealership quoted me for $100 plus dollars for just the filter.

I was looking at the Autohausaz website, and found the filter on there for $40 dollars. The list price for dealerships is a huge markup at $120 dollars. Does anyone know if both the Knecht, and Bosch filters are the same, either can be used, or which is better?

I got mine from the local Stealership for $43.00 USD

Next time I will order it online through AutohausAZ

10 Minute job. Real easy to do.

Does anyone know which fuel filter the 2002 coupe uses? On Autohausaz it has two filters available. Knecht, and Bosch. Can either be used, and if they can, is one better than the other? Thanks.
