After doing some diagnostics, what I thought to be a simple lamda adjustment, will be needing a fuel distributor replacement. Since my car has 205k miles on it and a new distributor is $1500+ I am looking into used and remanned as an option.

I have located a used one for $375 with a 100 day warranty and a reman for $600. Any thoughts on any of this?

Thanks.

I just replaced my fuel distributor on my 1985 380SL. I purchased this unit through Potomac for $375.00 with a one year warranty. We are still having difficulties with one cylinder not firing and after contacting Potomac they immediately shipped out another distributor, no questions asked. Great place!

Here's the link.

Good luck! By the way, what exactly is the lamda adjustment?

Thanks!
