hello folks, i was just wondering what the owner's manual indicate about the fuel consumption of the v12 m120 engine as my car only averages 3kms per liter in extreme city traffic, and 3.5kms/ltr on highways, but before i changed my spark plugs and engine oil, my car only averages 2.5kms/ltr

I just purchasaed a S600 and I will check my MPG...
my M119 S500 got around 5-7KM per liter(city/freeway)... I can expect S600 will do around 4-6KM/ liter

if your engine is in proper condition, it should give you an average of 4 to 5 kilometers per liter on city drive.

Wow, that is a lot of fuel!

With my Dad's '93 300SE, we get about 8-10 kms/L . . .

I would hate to be only getting 3kms/L at today's gas prices [:(] But then again, it woudl be worth it to drive a beast of a W140 [:D]

Regards,
Bryan
