This was replaced by mistake (problem lay elsewhere) on a 1991 300E. It works fine, and is a real MB part not a KAE or such. PN 201 540 37 45 is stamped on it, also 08 Okt 99- it's not 16 yrs old! Probably fits some others (190E?), check the PN on yours.
