This car is owned by Mercedes Benz Financial ( I still have payments on the car). There are 2 ways that we can do the transaction-
1. You pay in full to me with a cashiers check. I will send the remaining money overnight to Mercedes Benz Financial and get the title as quickly as possible. Once I receive the title I will sign it over to you. You will need to pay an additional $ 1,500.00 to me if you choose this method to cover the sales tax I will need to pay. Note that you will also have to pay sales tax on the sale.
2. We can do what is called a third party buyout. You must be pre-approved by a bank of credit union for the money. You will give me a cashiers check for a pre determined amount and your bank of credit union will contact Mercedes Benz Financial to pay off the car and they will give the title to your bank. You will be responsible for paying off the car to your bank or credit union.
