Relax. Your dealer, or, any dealer for that matter, can point you to an upholstery repair service. I had a pretty nasty tear in an Acura leather seat some years ago. Using a Vinyl-like substance, it was repaired so that I could not tell where the rip was.

I have had successful results with a company called FibreNew. They work for dealerships and furniture companies repairing rips and the like. They are locally owned franchise operations, so your mileage may vary.

And in the worst case you can replace the seat cover itself, perhaps the cushion too with one that is identical to new for a few hundred $. By all means try the other solutions first but you can get back to "just like new"
