Have an 02 G500 that stop blowing hot air at idle. Coolant level is fine, have not changed thermostat or checked control valve. Any one else had this issue?

(OK, I am in Alaska and it is -25 degrees and yes an additional rear heater may be installed this summer.)

There is an electric circulation pump that is supposed to ensure that hot coolant is routed through the heater. It has probably stopped spinning. Unfortunately I don't know where it is under the hood of the later models. I'd guess on the passenger side near the shock tower.

Its on the right (passenger) side up front of the engine bay, beneath the air intake hose, mounted on the inside of the fender. Can't miss it, it has several rubber hoses routed to it, and an electrical connector on the other end.
