The weather in Cleveland sucked as usual, but I told myself I was going to wash the ML today. After the first 30 minutes, it didnt even seem that cold[:D]

Nice looking truck! Give ya a tip though. Scrub out your fenderwells real good and then give the a good coat of Armour-All. It makes the truck look like new and dirt doesn't stick to them as easy, and they're easier to clean next time. When I had my black 00 430 people thought it was a new truck! Now I have a new black 05 500SE and it keeps it looking new. The fenderwells are plastic and it goes on real even and makes them look like new. Thought I'd pass it on! [8D]
Since I was 18 years old in 1957 I've lived in Iowa, Texas, Montana, North Dakota, Missouri, Wyoming, and South Dakota before moving to California in 1968. I first started washing out fender wells a long time ago when they were metal because of the salt. So, I'm pretty well versed on winter car care. Now that I live near the ocean we have salt air 365 days a year, and it's still important to clean out fender wells as well as the undercarriage. The cosmetic effect is just a bonus. They just look nice on a dark vehicle! [8D]
