Let me ask the obvious...... Anyone who would change out the cluster has either a non functioning cluster or wants the miles to be lower than really are on the vehicle. Is it just that easy to pop this out and replace it and show 17k miles?? My question is one of information, if it is that easy, then mileage fraud on these vehicles has got to be a pretty common issue. So no computer re-program or key resets?
