For Sale: 1970 Mercedes 220 - Beautiful Condition. $4,200 OBO
1970 220 4 door (4 speed manual transmission, p/s, a/c, tinted glass) sedan in really beautiful condition, completely rust free - 92,XXX miles which I believe to be correct. Horizon Blue paint with a dark blue perfect interior (dash pad is not cracked), has to be seen in order to appreciate condition. The car has been repainted in the past and is not perfect however looks good. Original Becker Europa radio. There are a couple of issues 1) The car is a bit rough on initial warm up and I suspect the carburettor might need adjustment 2) I did not use the a/c but last time I checked there was a temperature drop, I would suggest checking the freon. I did replace the ignition control module and the tires (Michelin) have barely been used. Car has just been inspected and is ready for the road. Comes with owners manual and other original documentation. $4200 obo. (Pflugerville Texas). Thanks Mike.
