Not my favorite wheels but at least they match the car.

The AMG steering wheel on the other hand......

I don鈥檛 know. It鈥檚 not as great as you might think. This is only one of four locations I have Mercedes. I sure wish I could fit all the MB I own in one place, my driveway.

Looks like those rims came off a old Saab
Yep, looks like the '80s/90's SAAB 900 turbo wheel replicas. Looks better on a SAAB, though I do not hate them on the 500, just looks out of place.

I don't like those Brabus style of rims but some people love em. Quite a car though.

When I see ads like this I always think

"What else can I buy for that amount of money?"

This one below was at the bottom of the Hammer eBay Page, a GTS with 4,100 miles

Hmmmm...

And the AMG GTS will still have parts available at the dealer, try finding key E500E parts these days

I agree about the Brabus II rims, ugly, but the III's, IVs, & VIs are very nice,
The Brabus III's are a favorite of mine, been looking for a 3 piece set for a long time, very rare

^Valid point, BUT the main problem is that they're making way too many of them (GT/GTS). And second the GT/GTS has zero Porsche connection. And third, being a modern MB product it is a electronic sh!tshow.

Let's see how those plastic resin intakes and oil pans will hold up after 10 years after being cooked to a crisp by the twin turbos sitting in the middle of the motor.

The only larger engine that I know of on that 2 door is the 6.2L naturally aspirated V8 M159 and only used on the GT3 and the new GT3 Evo.

All other variants use the M178 "hot inside V" 4Liter Eco V8 AMG twin turbo mill in various states of tune
